The Endurance Running Club is a Bay Area organizations focused on developing the overall fitness of its members through trail ultra marathon training programs.
With a focus on building running foundations, each specific program will carefully help participants enhance their trail running skills, core strength, knowledge, and endurance neessary to complete an ultra event.
Our year round programs are open to all runners seeking professional training for trail and ultra events as well as general fitness enthusiasts looking to expand their workouts beyond the gym or standard running routes.
The program utilizes the awesome bay area trails as well as a premier endurance training facitlity, AIM Fitness that offers Restorative Yoga and Core Conditioning workouts specifically for our members.
Incorporating a "hybrid training" approach makes our program unique and helps our members develop well honed bodies ready for the rigors of an ultra marathon.
January Trail Running
Each Saturday, during the month of January, we will be touring Marin area trails and allow anyone interested in checking out the club to come out and join us for free.
